Made this with the heartsgalore.ttf dingbat file. Charset done in PHP TTF File I transparent the center.  I composite a gradient circle over the image. Then composite the cutout over that. Transparent the black around it. Take it to effects. Gaussian blur 10x10 Back to effects to regular blurr 10x10. Output and save. Another method adding "Sparkle" to the finished image I enter the studio making a XC color name: NONE image which is a clear image of 300x400. I go to annotate In the textarea I type in: R S Just like you see it. One on top of the other. Offset: +0+20 Gravity: Center Fill Color: #7000df PointSize: 111 Density: 111 Here is that image: 
Next I go to composite. I composite this grad-circle. "In" Checkmarking the tile across and down the image canvas at the bottom of the screen 
Then to "Effects" 10x10 Gaussian Blur I do not use regular Blur Here is that image:
